The secret to effective vine tying lies in durability and ease.
Our ties are designed to support vine growth throughout the season while simplifyng pruning time. No more manual cutting of each tie! With steel wire diameters ranging from 0,36 mm to 0,5 mm, or the innovative combination of 2x 0,36 mm wires wrapped in paper for specific regions, the tie stays firmly in place as the vine grows. As the steel naturally oxidizes over time, the tie weakens and can be effortlessly removed at the end of the season with just a gentle hand pull. Making vineyard management easier and more efficient.
While many tying machines use flattened wire made of two strips of paper glued around a steel core, the round quipped wire used by the Infaco tying machines : such as the Mage Application and AT1000, avoids the need for glue. The Biofix Pro wire is simply wrapped around the steel core, making it a more environmentally friendly option.
